Jane's Place, Inc. Child Advocacy Center is located at 26 Greene Street in Cumberland, Maryland 21502. To ensure that our County's children and caretakers have the resources they need during the interview and investigation process, Jane's Place is unable to accept walk-in victims of abuse.
To report suspected abuse, please call Allegany County's Department of Social Services at 301-784-7122 (8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F) or 911 (if calling after-hours) immediately. At that time, one of our partner agencies will determine the next step in the investigation process and decide whether Jane's Place will be utilized for interviews and/or examinations.
